Welcome to Envision Dance Studio!

Please read over Envision Dance Studio's Policies and Procedures as they are in place to create the most rewarding atmosphere for our Teachers, Students, and Parents.

DRESS CODE

Ballet, Jazz, & Contemporary

Girls: black leotard, pink tights, pink canvas or leather ballet slippers, hair slicked back into a tight bun, no dangle earrings, no necklaces, and no rings.  

Guys: white dance t-shirt, mens black tights with proper belt, black canvas or leather ballet slippers, hair slicked back & out of face, no dangle earrings, no necklaces, and no rings.

Tumbling & Pilates 

Girls: black leotard, pink tights, bare feet, hair slicked back into a tight bun, no dangle earrings, no necklaces, and no rings.  

Guys: white dance t-shirt, mens black tights with proper belt, bare feet, hair slicked back & out of face, no dangle earrings, no necklaces, and no rings.

PARENT OBSERVATION 

Parent observation is permitted for the entire class two times per year. Those dates will be released prior to a new season. This policy is in an effort to maximize instructional and observational time. We kindly ask that during parent observation times you observe quietly, have cell phone volumes turned off, and that children not enrolled in class are monitored and quiet during observations

WITHDRAW FROM CLASS

A 2+ month notice is required to be given to Envision Dance Studio if a student is resigning from their class or classes. Any resignation notice that is made within a time period less than 2 months will result in a $100 resignation fee, which is required to be paid before the student’s last attended class. If a student resigns before the end of a month additional fees will be applied, and are required to be paid before the student’s last attended class. To withdraw from class a parent must: 1 ~ Email the studio, and 2 ~ complete the official withdrawal form we email you.

REFUND/ACCOUNT CREDITS

Tuition, class fees, and performance fees are not refundable for any reason. Refunds may only be issued when we cancel a class due to low enrollment. Envision Dance Studio does not give refunds or account credit for class(es) missed due to holidays, vacations, illnesses, weather, etc. Our no refund policy applies to an online class that is in place of an in-studio class.

MAKEUP CLASSES 

No refunds are offered for students who are unable to attend class. Students who miss class may have the opportunity to make it up by participating in another similar class. Makeup classes are based upon studio space availability in other classes and are not guaranteed. Please contact Envision Dance Studio asap to determine the possibility of scheduling a make-up class. The class must be made up within one month of the class missed. There are only four makeup classes are allowed per season.

Envision Dance Studio goes to great lengths to keep our Envision family informed and up to date. Please read all emails, website updates, and Facebook page and group updates.

DROP OFF AND PICKUP

We encourage students to arrive 5-10 minutes early so they can be ready to start when class is scheduled to begin.

For your student's safety, they should be picked up immediately after class. A $10 fee may be charged for every 5 minutes a student is picked up late. 

Parking lot safety: There is a lot of traffic in and out of the parking lot. Please be alert while driving through the parking lot and use extreme caution. Do not park in any undesignated areas. Please do not allow any individuals in your group to play or visit in the parking lot.

TUITION AND FEES AGREEMENT

Tuition does not include the performances, costumes, performance tickets, dance wear, shoes, or special events. 

• Tuition, fees, and performance payments are non-refundable. Envision Dance Studio does not give refunds or account credits for class(es) missed due to holidays, vacations, illnesses, weather, etc.

• Tuition rates are for the full season, which is September-June and includes studio holidays. Tuition rates are not by the number of classes each month. Tuition fees are monthly or annually. A full season includes a minimum of 34 weeks.

• Tuition is due on the 1st Monday of each month before 11:59pm. 

• I understand that performance fees will be added onto my student's tuition upon receiving my consent to participate.

• As classes are added/dropped I understand that fees and balances may vary. I will pay any charges incurred by myself at the posted prices, which include any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.

• To withdraw from classes, you must notify Envision Dance Studio by email with a 2 month notice. Any resignation notice that is made within a time period less than 2 months will result in a $100 resignation fee, which is required to be paid before the student’s last attended class. If a student resigns before the end of a month additional fees will be applied, and are required to be paid before the student’s last attended class.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

A late fee of $5 will be added onto the tuition bill for each additional day the tuition payment is late. All late payments will start accruing the late fee starting on the 1st Tuesday of each month beginning at 12:00am. All late fees are required to be paid by the end of a 3 month grace period from the 1st occurrence of a late tuition payment. Late fee balances must be paid in full and cannot be split into more than 1 payment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Bring-a-Friend Week: During the last week in September and the last week in January Envision Dance Studio hosts “Bring-a-Friend Week.” Students in select classes will be invited to bring a friend (similar in age) to experience a fun class designed for the students and their friend. Students’ friends will attend class free of charge during this week only.
